As a customer service agent you are the person that customers will contact for all kinds of questions. You will perform the following activities:
  • Answering various questions through telephone, e-mail, or via social media. Questions you can expect will be about the online store, products or orders
  • Advise and inform customers about various products
  • Handling complaints and finding suitable solutions for both parties
  • Giving creative and fun answers through social media

In short, you will ensure that the relaxed and pleasant shopping experience is conveyed over the phone, through e-mail and the social media channels. It will be your responsibility to put a smile on the face of the customer (and of course on your own).

Arbeidsduur en werktijden

The minimum amount of hours is 24 per week. Working in the evening and/or weekend is not a problem for you. It is a hybrid role, so you will be working at the office and from home.

Before you start working independently, you will follow a multi-day training in which you will learn all the ins and outs of the Customer service. The training on the 1st of July will be followed at the office in Amsterdam.


The customer service is part of the organisation Cygnific. Cygnific also provides customer service for KLM. Cygnific is an innovative company with an emphasis on providing the ultimate customer experience, in line with the vision of the brand it represents. Their goal is to become the most personalised customer service in the world. You will work together with international colleagues. They are based in Amsterdam and Enschede, but also have offices in 35 other countries.


  • You are available for the training dates starting on the 1st of August
  • Communication is your strongest point
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • You are fluent in German & English, both speaking and writing
  • You enjoy helping customers in a fun and creative way
  • You are passionate about beauty cosmetics
